Let us show you the many ways in which Broadcastbluetooth
can be used with people who have a Bluetooth enabled mobile device.

High Street Shop
When a customer is within a 300m radius of your shop they will receive the message which you have specified to be sent. This may be for example, ‘Buy one get one free today on all health products’ or ‘Call into abc today to pick up your bargain’.  If the recipient was interested in out finding more about the message they can then request some more information to be sent such as ‘X brand coat was £70 but now £40 – sale ends today’. Once in the shop they can have some interactive fun by playing games, and downloading ring tones and wallpapers (great for those who you have to be dragged around grizzling and moaning that they’re bored)! What’s more, they can then even receive a voucher for, for example, a free drink or a barcode for a discount off a product.

Restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars and nightclubs
Customers within a 300m radius will receive your specified message such as ‘We have just baked a batch of crusty white bread for our freshly made sandwiches if you’re hungry?’ or ‘Happy hour starts at 7pm – call in to have some fun’. If they want to, they can then request to receive more information. A message such as ‘honey roast ham, smoked chicken, mature cheddar and peppered beef sandwiches available’ could be sent as a response to a request for more info. Once at your venue, your customers can have some interactive fun by playing games, and downloading ring tones and wallpapers.  What’s more, you could even send them a voucher for, for example, a free latte.

Cinema
When a customer is within a 300m radius they will receive a message such as ‘X starts in 45 minutes – book you seat now!’ or one stating what films are on and any offers that are specifically available to them. The great thing about this system is that the customer can send a message back to request the times of the film or the ticket hotline. They can then book and pay for their seats and receive a barcode which they present at the cinema checkout; all while they finish their meal or drinks at a nearby restaurant or bar.

Shopping Mall
When a potential cust omer walks past the mall for the first time they will receive a message explaining what the mall has to offer and any offers which may be on. Once in the mall another message can be sent, perhaps showing a map of the shops in the mall. Customers can be given the option to request more information about the products on offer in, for example, shop x. You may also choose to make customers work for a free gift or offer. They may have to play a game first for example before you send them their voucher or barcode.

The benefits

  • The message you send to your potential customers is up to you (so long as it is socially acceptable) – there are no standard formats.
  • If an internet connection is within range, customers can surf the net for free to check menus, prices, or place an order.
  • Children and those who don’t like shopping can be occupied with games, ring tones and wallpapers.
  • You know who you have sent the message to.
  • People who don’t want to receive a message can turn their Bluetooth off so you are less likely to contact someone who doesn’t want to be contacted.
  • Rules can be set so that messages will be sent in a timely manner. This way you know that your customers aren’t going to receive a ‘good morning’ message at 4.30pm.
  • The examples above are only a snap shot of the possibilities available when using Broadcastbluetooth.com – there are many more applications!
  • The footfall into your business is likely to dramatically increase.
